Emma Chapman is a British writer, currently living in North Yorkshire.

She is the author of two novels: How To Be A Good Wife (2013) and The Last Photograph (forthcoming 2016).

Emma studied English Literature at Edinburgh University, and completed an MA in Creative Writing at Royal Holloway, where she was taught by Susanna Jones and Andrew Motion.

Since leaving university, she has lived in London, Western Australia and Indonesia.  In 2013, her first novel How To Be A Good Wife was published to critical acclaim in the UK, the US, Australia, Italy, Germany, France, The Netherlands and Bulgaria.

Her new novel, The Last Photograph, will be published in 2016.
